Sr. Data Engineer

Seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. This role will support analytics, data science, and machine learning initiatives by delivering high-quality, reliable data solutions., * Build and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines, datasets, and workflows

• Integrate and transform data from multiple structured and unstructured sources
• Monitor, tune, and optimize pipeline performance
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to deliver data-driven solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production data issues
• Review and improve ETL/ELT processes, data quality, and engineering efficiency
• Evaluate and integrate new data sources to support business needs

• 6 years of data engineering experience (or 4 with Master's degree)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience with large datasets and data modeling (Kimball/Star/Snowflake)
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, and ETL/ELT tools
• Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks)
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or similar
• Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Agile environments

Bonus Skills

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with DBT, Delta Lake, and advanced cloud architecture
• Strong background in software design and data platform architecture
