Full Stack Python Developer

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Python Developer on behalf of our client in Roseland, NJ. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives at the intersection of backend development, frontend engineering, cloud architecture, and AI-driven innovation. You will play a key role in building scalable enterprise applications, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring development teams., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django

• Build dynamic, responsive frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions
• Develop and manage data workflows using Apache Airflow
• Integrate AI/ML models and LLM-based capabilities into enterprise systems
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications in AWS cloud environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Lead technical discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
• Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, Backend Development
• Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django)
• API design and distributed systems
• Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

Frontend Development

• React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API)
• JavaScript / TypeScript (ES6+)
• Responsive UI and modern CSS frameworks

Cloud & DevOps

• AWS services (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB)
• API integrations (API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK)
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic)

AI/ML (Preferred)

• Experience integrating AI/ML or LLMs into applications
• Familiarity with modern AI platforms and services

• 11+ years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on Python development
• 3+ years of experience with React.js
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
• Strong expertise in building REST APIs and microservices architectures, * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced Agile environments
