Job description
Acts as a technical SME in pre-sales engagements as well as throughout the life cycle of the project. Engages with Product and Service Management, Development and QA providing expertise around Project Delivery.
Implements multiple projects of all sizes and complexities for existing and new logo clients. Engages in multiple, simultaneous complex projects. Assists Implementation Specialist and Major Accounts Program Support (MAPS) team in supporting projects.
Leads technical testing or performs testing on systems prior to delivery and during implementation to ensure a quality product. Works collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues and recommend work standards by studying operational requirements and methods; identifying improvements; communicating suggestions to customers or team members.
Validate estimates and provide project management updates regarding activity durations and effort on an ongoing basis.
Work with internal Deluxe partners as an active participant in the Sales Process as required. Represents the Professional Services organization in discussions with Sales, Solution Management and Client organizations and act as the senior most escalation point on implementation and Customer Care issues for Deluxe solutions.
Day to Day Tasks:
- Participate in presales product introduction sessions with external clients
- Assist Sales to Implementation Transition sessions
- Architecture mapping- identity how the client use case will flow into the platform
- Gather client requirements
- Be able to identify gaps or roadblocks where the client's setup will not align with the platform requirements and functionality
- Offer unique and creative solutions to overcome client needs and platform functionality
- Provision accounts in sandbox and production environments
- Enable technical configurations
- Data mapping
- Help troubleshooting
- Guide clients by providing documentation and examples of successful use of the product for their unique needs
- End to end testing by running scripts
- Bug tracking
- Validation of data
- Technical training through deep dive sessions
- Provide custom documentation including how to guides to help the client successfully navigate the platform
Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelors in IT, Mathematics, Computer Science and 5 years related experience or HS/GED and 9 years of related experience
- Technical experience with hardware, software and networks.
- Business or technical experience with MS-Office applications, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, databases.
- Working knowledge of a scripting language
- Minimum five years' experience in technical support role or technical development role., Education and Experience: Bachelors in IT, Mathematics, Computer Science and 5 years related experience
- Background in Treasury Management industry; development, implementations, support or operations
- Background in implementation and/or support of complex payments solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of developing code or scripts.
- Working knowledge of one or more Deluxe Treasury Management solutions.
- Exceptional communications, organization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively remotely with geographically diverse teams

This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
