Job description
- You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
- You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is also a key expectation.
- Expert proficiency in Teradata SQL is required.
- Expert proficiency in Extract Transform Load, advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, and expert proficiency in Team Lead Experience and Unix Shell Scripting are suggested.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and resolve complex challenges.
- Analyze project metrics and feedback to optimize resource allocation and performance.
- Champion best practices and foster a culture of innovation within the delivery team.
- Support stakeholder engagement by communicating progress, risks, and opportunities clearly and proactively.
