Solution Architect

• Act as the "North Star" for development teams, providing blueprints, coding standards, and architectural governance
• Translate complex technical "debt" and "innovation" into business-value language for C-suite and non-technical leaders
• Architect and oversee the migration/deployment of applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools, frameworks, and libraries to enhance the development lifecycle

• 10+ years in software engineering with at least 3+ years in a dedicated Architecture role
• Deep expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and the broader JVM ecosystem OR Expert-level knowledge of .NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps)
• Solid grasp of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and secure coding practices (OWASP)

Desired skills:

• Experience with Legacy Modernization (refactoring monoliths into microservices)
• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF)
• Exposure to Agentic AI integration or high-scale data streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
