Job description

  • Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple teams, ensuring aligned and coordinated delivery
  • Identify and remove blockers, proactively finding solutions in challenging situations
  • Act as the single point of contact and source of truth for program status, risks, and progress
  • Understand business strategy and translate it into scalable technical program plans
  • Define, track, and report program metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure production readiness at launch
  • Identify risks early and drive mitigation throughout the SDLC
  • Evaluate technical designs (scalability, latency, performance, security, and data integrity)
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Technical Program Management / Project Management
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Expertise in JIRA, Rally, and Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive outcomes

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in Payments domain (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and platforms at scale
  • Familiarity with:
  • IaaS / PaaS / Serverless technologies
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Microservices and APIs
  • NoSQL databases
  • Distributed systems and DevOps practices
  • Basic understanding of Java (not mandatory)
