Job description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Log all service requests in the ITSM ticketing system, ensuring accurate categorization and prioritization.
  • Attempt first-call resolution by providing basic troubleshooting instruction to the customer.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • 3+ years of experience providing clerical and/or customer services support to DoD employees
  • Must acquire CompTIA Security+ or another DoD 8570 baseline IAT 2 certification within 6 months from hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience using ServiceNow ticketing platform.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
