Job description
The Lead Software Engineer provides technical leadership across delivery teams, owning solution design, quality, and execution. This role remains hands-on while setting technical direction, driving best practices, and mentoring engineers.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the full software development lifecycle
- Drive architecture and technical design decisions
- Partner with Product to shape technical roadmaps
- Ensure engineering standards and operational excellence
- Mentor engineers and support career growth

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years software development experience
- Proven solid hands-on technical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud and CI/CD experience
- Tech Lead experience

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
