Job description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Patient CRM to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of customer-facing CRM products. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product vision, roadmap, execution, and adoption., * Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM/customer engagement platforms

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and adoption
  • Build and enhance customer/patient engagement solutions using CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, Health Cloud, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Business stakeholders
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product optimization
  • Ensure seamless product delivery through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback loops
  • Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery
  • Experience building CRM or customer engagement platforms
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or similar CRM tools
  • Demonstrated success in product launches (GTM) and driving adoption
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or digital health
  • Experience working on patient engagement or customer-facing products
