Job description
Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to support data modernization initiatives for Public Health. This role involves leading AWS-based data pipelines, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions., * Lead and mentor development teams; perform code reviews
- Design, build, and manage AWS-based data pipelines & ETL processes
- Support cloud migration and modernization of legacy applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality, security, performance, and compliance
- Implement DevOps practices and optimize system reliability
Requirements
- 7+ years experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Glue, Athena, etc.)
- Strong Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate experience
- Hands-on ETL, SQL, data modeling, and database management
- Experience with cloud migration and data pipeline development
- DevOps and Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- AWS Certification
- Experience with Power BI or AWS QuickSight
- State government experience
