Job description
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a high-impact team focused on customer insights and analytics. This role supports a product area responsible for intelligent voice routing systems, currently undergoing modernization., * Analyze large datasets to generate insights on customer behavior, segmentation, and experience
- Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making
- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI
- Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL and Snowflake
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog discussions, and analytics planning
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to improve customer journey and engagement
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background (not software engineering) and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets to drive business decisions and enhance customer experience., * 10+ years of experience in data analysis / analytics roles
- Strong SQL expertise (must-have)
- Experience working with Snowflake or similar data platforms
- Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools
- Proven ability to analyze customer data and deliver insights
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data, * Experience with Python or R
- Exposure to customer behavior, digital analytics, or sentiment analysis
- Experience in financial services domain
