Job description

The Senior Technology Implementation Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities., * Vendor SaaS Portfolio Integration:Lead the strategic planning and execution for transitioning diverse Vendor and SaaS applications under the Vendor SaaS application portfolio. This includes orchestrating the movement of resources, managing talent alignment, and ensuring a smooth organizational transition while maintaining operational continuity.

  • Technology Governance:Develop, implement, and enforce strong technology governance frameworks specific to the Vendor SaaS portfolio, ensuring compliance, security, and optimal utilization of resources across all managed applications. This includes establishing clear processes for resource allocation and management within the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship:Provide expert technical guidance and oversight to project teams and transitioning resources, ensuring commitments are met and technical standards are upheld within the new SaaS operating model. Actively mentor and develop junior technical resources, fostering their growth and skill development.
  • Strategic Initiatives & Rationalization:Lead and drive strategic technology initiatives, including technology rationalization efforts to optimize our application landscape and resource deployment, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall system and organizational efficiency within the Vendor SaaS portfolio.
  • Progress Reporting & Communication:Regularly report on the progress of application movements and transformation initiatives to senior leadership, providing clear, concise, and insightful updates on status, challenges, and successes.
  • Engineering Excellence:Champion and contribute to the continuous improvement of Engineering Excellence practices, promoting best-in-class development methodologies, quality assurance, and operational processes, with a focus on adapting these to the Vendor SaaS model.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Facilitate essential collaboration with key clients, business partners, and co-located technology teams across globe to ensure alignment, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that meet business needs within the Vendor SaaS framework.

Requirements

  • 10+ total experience with 5+ in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in driving large-scale technology transformation programs involving significant organizational and headcount shifts.
  • Deep expertise in managing Vendor SaaS application portfolios, including organizational transition strategies, resource allocation, and change management.
  • Experienced in leveraging Generative AI solutions to transform technology delivery, driving structured adoption through well-defined governance models, compliance alignment, and execution excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of technology governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, particularly as they apply to SaaS environments and organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • Experience in strategic technology planning, resource rationalization, and optimizing technology investments within a portfolio context.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership presentations.
  • Based in Tampa, FL, with ability to collaborate effectively with local and remote teams., * Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • PMP Certified

Benefits & conditions

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
