Epicor Kinetic ERP Business Analyst - Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic ERP Business Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing operations. This role will serve as a functional architect for the Epicor Kinetic environment, responsible for aligning ERP capabilities with business needs and driving process efficiency across the organization., * Act as the functional architect for the Epicor Kinetic ERP platform

• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce)
• Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
• Configure and support Epicor modules related to:

• Production & Shop Floor (MES)
• Inventory & Supply Chain
• Procurement
• Finance integration

• Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and data flows
• Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user training sessions
• Support testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements
• Ensure system solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epicor Kinetic, hands-on experience in manufacturing workflows, and the ability to design and implement scalable, automated solutions., * 5+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant

• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including:

• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Production scheduling
• Inventory & warehouse management

• Experience in ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, * Experience with Epicor BPM (Business Process Management) and workflow automation
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, or data migration
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or dashboards
• Prior experience working in discrete manufacturing environments, * Functional architecture & ERP design
• Business process mapping & optimization
• Stakeholder management
• Requirements gathering & documentation
• Cross-functional collaboration, * Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments
• Exposure to cloud ERP environments
