IT Delivery Lead

• Own end-to-end delivery execution for IOE initiatives spanning observability, automation, platform engineering, and AIOps
• Lead and support IOE Scrum Squads, ensuring an effective planning, execution, and delivery cadence
• Partner with technology and product owners to translate priorities into executable plans, roadmaps, and actionable user stories
• Ensure product backlogs are well groomed, prioritized, and aligned to IOE and enterprise priorities
• Work with engineers to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure stories are ready for development
• Manage sprint activities, remove blockers, escalate risks, and support release execution
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, and delivery artifacts to maintain clarity, traceability, and hygiene
• Track delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving proactive resolution
• Drive consistent adoption of standard delivery practices and operating models
• Provide transparent, executive-ready delivery reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Coach teams on delivery best practices, flow efficiency, and outcome-focused execution
• Ensure Confluence documentation and knowledge repositories are accurate and up to date
• Use delivery data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and celebrate successes
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across delivery practices and ways of working

• 5+ years of delivery experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum-based execution and navigating Agile transformations
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise delivery frameworks or comparable Agile operating models
• Hands-on experience managing Jira boards, backlogs, and delivery reporting
• Proven ability to structure complex or ambiguous work into clear delivery plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and executive audiences
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively
• Curious, quick learner, and strong team player
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency with enterprise tools such as MS365, Jira, and Confluence, * Experience supporting platform engineering, operations engineering, or reliability-focused teams
• Familiarity with enterprise technology operating models
• Exposure to observability, automation, SRE, or AIOps domains
• Experience working in regulated, enterprise-scale environments
