Sr. Systems Administrator

The Sr. Systems Administrator commands enterprise system operations, orchestrating comprehensive network infrastructure andimplementing advanced automation tools for optimal performance and fault tolerance. They will serve as the seniortechnical leader for the client's system administration, ensuring optimal performance and availability formission-critical DoD contracting operations with expertise in cloud-based Government systems and zerodowntime enterprise-scale application management. They will orchestrate comprehensive middlewareadministration, designing and maintaining enterprise solutions while ensuring seamless applicationdeployment and database connectivity with rigorous quality control protocols. Specializes in middlewaresolutions supporting ECWM integration with DoD contracting systems, ensuring seamless data flow andsystem interoperability through Government enterprise middleware platforms with high-availabilityconfigurations for mission-critical applications.

• Five (5)+ years relevant experience.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
• Must be a US Citizen.

Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs.As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $85,000 - $120,000.
