Act as a sparring partner for leadership, product owners and engineering teams to identify and
prioritise high-impact AI opportunities.

Design, implement and continuously improve AI solutions such as assistants, RAG systems, intelligent automations and agent-based workflows.

Develop reusable internal capabilities including platforms, APIs, MCP servers, standards and engineering accelerators for future AI initiatives.

Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams to deploy and monitor AI solutions.

Strengthen internal AI maturity by sharing knowledge, evaluating new technologies and coordinating effectively with external partners and stakeholders.

Profil

A, degree in computer science, data science, software

Requirements

engineering, a related field or equivalent,
professional experience.

Strong hands-on experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering AI
solutions in production environments.

Strong programming skills and practical experience with APIs, testing, CI/CD and maintainable software design.

Practical experience with modern AI technologies such as LLM systems, retrieval-based architectures, model evaluation and effective integration patterns.

Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or comparable environments,
including container-based deployments and operational basics.

Excellent analytical and communication skills; you structure complex topics clearly, work confidently with technical and business stakeholders, and communicate effectively in English.
