Senior Software Engineer - Backend (all genders)

for a remote position. Become part of our team.

Aufgaben

• Build scalable software solutions such as backend services and APIs that support our business processes and own the continuous development of our platform.
• Be a mentor for code quality: Advocate for clean code, automated testing and a modern CI/CD environment, while actively promoting knowledge sharing within and across teams.
• Make architectural decisions in collaboration with other colleagues and contribute to sustainable technical solutions within cross-functional teams.
• Optimise performance and system stability by proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks,
  security risks and potential system failures.
• Collaborate closely with business owner, product owners, DevOps engineers and other developers to efficiently deliver high-quality features.

Profil

• A degree in computer science, software engineering, a related field or equivalent professional
  experience.
• Several years of experience in software development with C#, frameworks such as .NET 8+ and
  designing microservice architectures.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or comparable environments.
• A solid understanding of frontend development concepts; experience building frontend applications is beneficial, and experience with React is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; you structure complex problems, document clearly and confidently share your knowledge in English
• Good German language skills are a strong advantage, as they facilitate communication with stakeholders.
• A pragmatic and effective use of AI-supported tools in daily development work to improve
  productivity, code quality and problem solving.
