• You will also be responsible for technical collaboration in projects according to your focus, e.g. as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Engineer or Software Architect.
• You will expand our customer relationships in the region based on the entire SAP HR portfolio.
• We will systematically support you in your leadership role and prepare you for the new challenges of day-to-day management with our "adesso qualified leadership" management training.

• You have gained a wide range of experience in SAP development or consulting.
• You have a keen sense for training and managing teams and can look back on successful experience in this area.
• You know SAP HCM and especially SAP SuccessFactors like the back of your hand.
• Terms such as H4S4 and talent management modules fascinate you.
• Ideally, you have a well-developed network in the SAP environment, which you use to your advantage.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both internally and externally.
