Job description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft IAM Engineer with strong expertise in One Identity Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. This role involves end-to-end IAM solution design, development, and implementation, working closely with stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using One Identity products
  • Work across the full IAM lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and support
  • Customize and extend One Identity Manager data model
  • Build and maintain connectors and integrations with enterprise systems
  • Utilize One Identity APIs for advanced automation and integration
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define IAM strategies
  • Ensure solutions align with security best practices and compliance standards
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong expertise in One Identity Manager
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Manager, Safeguard, Active Roles, Defender, Starling 2FA
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Authentication, Authorization, Access Control
  • Experience with One Identity data model customization
  • Strong knowledge of One Identity connectors & APIs
  • Programming experience in VB .NET (or similar)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and client engagement experience
