SAP Project Manager - 10663252

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex IT and ERP transformation projects in Amsterdam. This is a 6-month contract with an immediate start., As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, with a strong focus on SAP programs and ERP transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion within scope, budget, and timelines., * Manage all phases of project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Lead SAP-driven programs, including ERP migrations and consolidations
• Oversee timelines, budgets, quality, and overall project performance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, and artifacts
• Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and ensure proper documentation
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with teams
• Ensure budget alignment and effective resource utilization
• Apply methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum

• 10-15 years of experience managing complex IT programs/projects
• Strong expertise in SAP Project Management (SAP Activate methodology)
• Proven experience in ERP migrations/consolidations, ideally SAP ECC to S/4HANA
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
