Kotlin Developer

You'll be stepping into a team that is responsible for building and maintaining microservices that optimize product assortment and shelf space management across stores. Additionally, delivering reliable results, working independently, and integrating quickly into an agile team environment will be your daily life. The position also requires flexibility for a standby/on-call schedule., * Develop and maintain backend microservices using Kotlin and Spring Boot

• Manage and optimize data using MongoDB
• Collaborate with team members to deliver scalable and performant services
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration workflows
• Support the system during standby/on-call rotations
• Ensure high code quality and system reliability

• Strong experience with Kotlin
• Proficiency in SpringBoot
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Experience working in a microservices architecture
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have / Considered Alternatives:

• Experience with Java, Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes
• Strong debugging and system monitoring skills
• Familiarity with scalable backend solutions and CI/CD practices
