Job description

Lead solution design for complex IAM and identity programmes
Design and deliver Microsoft Entra-based architectures
Work with legacy identity platforms and plan migrations to cloud
Build trusted senior-level client relationships
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs
Support bids, proposals and pre-sales activities
Be hands-on where required, this is not a "theoretical" architecture role
Collaborate closely with delivery, security, and engineering teams
Contribute to innovation, R&D, and pre-product engagement with Microsoft

Requirements

Strong Microsoft identity experience, including:
Entra ID
Azure AD / Identity Modernisation
IAM concepts (internal workforce identity)
Proven experience delivering solutions as a Solutions Architect
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
Hands-on delivery mindset - able to "get things done"

Highly Desirable:

Entra Suite, External ID, or Verified ID
Identity Governance Administration (IGA)
AI governance / security exposure
Legacy-to-cloud identity migrations
Experience in regulated or public sector environments
Microsoft partner or consultancy background, * Architects with experience leading design in large organisations
Developers (8-10+ years) who have recently moved into architecture
Individuals with strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder skills
Technical excellence and behavioural fit are equally important.

We are looking for experienced Solutions Architects to design and deliver business-outcome-led identity solutions for large, complex, enterprise customers and organisations, often modernising legacy identity platforms into cloud-first Microsoft Entra architectures.

You will spend of your time on delivery and on learning, innovation, and pre-sales

You will not be operating alone, delivery is always done as part of a multi-disciplinary team (architects, BAs, PMs, developers, QA).
