A bit about the job You'll join our Hosting & Service Platforms team, reporting to the Cloud Enablement Lead. Your role is to help plan, coordinate and deliver large-scale training and enablement programmes across our IT organisation. Working closely with technology teams, senior leaders and partners like AWS and Microsoft, you'll support the full learning lifecycle - from understanding needs, through delivery, to measuring impact. It's a varied role where coordination

stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement all come together. Skills and experience we're looking for Experience supporting learning, training or enablement programmes in a large organisation Strong organisation and coordination skills, with confidence working across multiple stakeholders Experience working with third-party suppliers or partners Ability to turn learning requirements into clear, practical delivery plans A background in technical or IT training is a bonus, but not essential What you'll get for this role Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
