Job description
Henley Morgan is recruiting an Epicor Implementation Consultant in Bristol for an established Epicor Platinum Partner specialising in discrete and process manufacturing. This is a senior, customer-facing Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP consulting role leading full-lifecycle implementations across UK manufacturers - from scoping and CRP through configuration, conference room pilots, data migration, UAT, training and go-live. Bristol and South-West-based candidates with strong Epicor Kinetic implementation experience are particularly encouraged to apply., * Lead Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP implementations across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and Conference Room Pilot through to go-live and hypercare
- Run requirements workshops with finance, manufacturing, supply chain and shop-floor stakeholders, mapping current state to Epicor Kinetic best practice
- Configure Epicor Kinetic core modules - Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production Management, MES, Quality and Advanced Planning & Scheduling
- Author functional designs, BAQ and BPM specifications, and partner with Epicor developers on customisations and integrations
- Deliver Epicor end-user training, key-user training and CRP sessions, building reusable training collateral
- Support Epicor pre-sales - discovery sessions, demos and proposal input - alongside the Bristol account-management team
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as an Epicor Implementation Consultant, Epicor Functional Consultant or Epicor Kinetic Consultant
- Strong functional knowledge of Epicor Kinetic / Epicor 10 across at least Financials and one of Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Service Management
- Hands-on experience with Epicor BAQ (Business Activity Queries), Dashboards, BPM (Business Process Management) and Epicor data migration tools (DMT)
- Proven full-lifecycle Epicor implementation track record across at least 2-3 UK manufacturing customers
- Excellent client-facing consulting skills - workshop facilitation, requirements management, functional documentation and stakeholder management
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to travel to UK manufacturing client sites (typically 1-2 days per week, balance hybrid from Bristol)
Desirable / nice to have
- Epicor certification on Epicor Kinetic or Epicor ERP 10
- Experience with Epicor Advanced MES, EDA (Epicor Data Analytics) or Epicor Financial Planner
- APICS / CPIM / CSCP qualifications or relevant manufacturing accountancy background
- Previous experience at an Epicor Platinum or Gold Partner
