Job description

Overview: One of Insight Global's higher education clients is seeking experienced IAM Engineers with hands-on Radiant Logic (RadiantOne) expertise to support the deployment and integration of RadiantOne V8 as part of a major identity fabric modernization initiative. This role focuses on standing up RadiantOne in an on-prem environment, integrating multiple enterprise data sources, and ensuring the platform is configured to operate smoothly within the client's environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure Radiant Logic RadiantOne V8 in an on-prem environment

Integrate RadiantOne with enterprise data sources including Salesforce, Active Directory, Banner, and others

Build and configure virtual directory views based on provided schemas and architectural direction

Adapt RadiantOne deployment to function within existing AWS environment and Kubernetes pipelines

Document deployment steps, integration patterns, and operational procedures

Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams with varying levels of IAM experience

Requirements

Must-haves:

5+ years of experience in IAM Engineering or related identity-focused roles

Hands-on experience deploying or supporting Radiant Logic/RadiantOne (V8 strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of identity virtualization, directory services, and identity fabric concepts

Experience integrating identity platforms with systems such as Salesforce, Active Directory, and Banner

Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and pipeline issues

Strong communication, documentation, and training skills

Ability to work independently

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Plusses:

Working knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes

Familiarity with higher education data models and identity architectures

Master's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
