Provide direction and leadership to Develop, test, document, high quality computer programming code and solutions that are accurate, maintainable, efficient, to deliver assigned work, within appropriate timeframes.

Provide guidance, support to lead collaboration with the user community, analysts, and vendors to develop functional business and IT requirements that adhere to standard IT Project Methodology and security guidelines. Provide technical design recommendations.
Produces technical specifications, data conversion, and/or mapping criteria as determined for assigned projects from which programs will be written. Responsible to ensure timely and accurate documentation is developed and maintained. May include cross-team coordination and cooperation across the organization.

Utilizes computer programming skills, and mentor other team members, in the development and support of high quality code within established coding standards. Develops and maintains associated technical documentation. Conducts unit, integrated, mapped record, load, integrated, regression, and user acceptance testing. Must participate in the development and execution of test plans.

Provides user support during the implementation of new systems. Possesses full knowledge of system design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Proactively communicates with stakeholders vertically and horizontally across the enterprise with a focus on resolving issues.

Supports assigned production environments: troubleshoots technical application issues, documents and manages incoming requests whether handled internally within BILH or with a vendor.

Understands the interdependencies and internal workings of assigned systems. Also, provides back-up support for other team members as needed.

Investigates system issues, identifying root causes, and making necessary changes to resolve problems

Participates in on-call (rotating) coverage. Provides additional support to junior level team members when critical issues and service interruption occurs.

Provides training and mentoring to other team members. Demonstrate sound judgment in escalating issues and providing ongoing communication.

Contributes to and /or produces and maintains project plans. (Project assignments are usually large and complex.) Facilitates activities to insure that project milestones and deadlines are met. Manages and tracks to milestone schedules and deliverables. Reports on status of projects.

Participates in ongoing system, technical, and industry related classes and seminars. Adhere to the BILH IT PMO's defined project management methodology, tools and templates and apply them to assigned projects
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or business, or equivalent training and applied experience.

5-10 years of progressively-responsible experience performing design, analysis, development, implementation, integration and maintenance on a variety of development activities in multiple large scale ERP implementations. 2-3 years of experience with Workday development technologies including WD Studio integrations, EIBs, connectors, and custom reports.

Strong experience with SQL scripting. Experience with data conversion from legacy to Workday is a plus. Experience with several large scale, full cycle implementations.
Benefits & conditions
$118,560.00 USD - $145,600.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
