Partner and collaborate with the program leaders to ensure program objectives are achieved.

Developing your technical and professional skills

Supporting the technical design, development, integration and release of our BAE Systems Software.

Work closely with product line engineering to ensure alignment and understanding of the required capabilities and functions.

Responsible for implementation of Software Solutions Strategy and processes
-
Develop and maintaining the SW test solutions to improve product testability while increasing yield throughout the test process. Integrate software solutions to validate and tune products, provide training to technicians in the art of troubleshooting and work to optimize throughput.
Requirements
Software Engineering is fast paced and dynamic. You will need to be self-motivated, and highly collaborative to succeed in this role., + Bachelor's Degree in CS (Computer Science), CE (Computer Engineering) with at least 2 years of professional SW development experience, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2 years or comparable test engineering related experience preferred.

Experience developing Electronic Warfare systems.

Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software languages such as C , C# and Python.

Experienced in Real Time Operating Systems such as RedHat and/or RTLinux

Experienced in Hands on integration testing of electronic systems
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

A continuous improvement mindset to enhance Software development through process modernization.

Proven performance in software design and development.

Experience Developing and Integrating Software

Experience with TestStand, LabView, or other test software tools
-
Experience with the entire product life cycle development: Requirements review, test plan creation, coding, and integration of test SW with test stands.

Experience with SW version control and bug tracking tools.
