Job description
Ensures systems operate seamlessly, and effectively by providing essential support, training, and expertise to end-users while actively enhancing system usability and data integrity. Provide subject matter expertise that governs system and process changes to meet global standards and deliver business value. By maintaining comprehensive system knowledge, documentation and supporting system expansions, it enables consistent operational continuity., * Maintain advanced knowledge of supply chain system to ensure operations and optimal data flow regionally.
- Leads minor system enhancements and regional rollouts.
- Support cross-functional projects and system upgrades to ensure solutions delivers business value.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate-level system issues in collaboration with IT, business users and SMEs.
- Lead system testing and data validation for system updates and enhancements.
- Lead defect tracking and resolution for system implementation and enhancements.
- Maintain process documentation, training materials and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for end-users.
- Engage with regional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new system functionalities.
- Provide governance of system configuration and process changes to ensure standards.
- Assist in M&A system integration and system expansion projects.
- Support regional implementation of standardized processes.
- Support plant Integrated Business Planning objectives as required.
- Availability to work in plants is required.
- Monitor and analyze system usage metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Other tasks as outlined by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, IT preferred)
- Minium 3 years of experience enabling Advanced Supply Chain Systems (APS, WMS,etc) or ERP (SAP ECC/S4) or similar
- Strong knowledge of supply chain workflows, data flows, and system configurations
- Experience leading training sessions and supporting system rollouts
- Analytical skills for process troubleshooting and data analysis
- Capable to comprehend, analyze, and solve complex process problems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, business users, and SMEs
- Demonstrated decision making, influencing, negotiation, and conflict management
- Problem solving skills and ability to drive results through others
Benefits & conditions
The range for this position is $74,072.00 - $101,849.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
