Job description

  • To conceptualize, design and architect the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment
  • Develop the architecture and design deliverables and provide support as a Microsoft Power Portals and Azure SME.
  • Gather specifications and deliver solutions to the organization based on understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM domain/technology to include Power Pages integration.
  • Effectively present public and hybrid cloud-based architectural design concepts and solutions to all levels in the organization.
  • Drive decision making, identify alternatives, pros and cons, and make recommendations.
  • Anticipate when architectural change will be needed and prepare the organization for a successful transition.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Connecting D365 with external systems (e.g., legacy systems, banking platforms) using APIs, Azure services, or Power Automate.
  • Support data conversion and upload from legacy to Dynamic 365 instances.
  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and provide technical support.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of application
  • Document software designs & diagrams, data flow diagrams, software module descriptions, etc.
  • Document technical specifications, flowcharts, and user guides.
  • Serve as an active member of the software development team in an Agile environment
  • Participate in regular meetings/ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Demos, Retrospectives, Risk meetings, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science with minimum 10 years' software development experience, five (5) of which are in Dynamics 365 design, support and management within a large-scale organization
  • Direct experience in Cloud platform technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Portals.
  • Proven expert knowledge of virtual application delivery technologies
  • Experience supporting and documenting build and configuration changes throughout environments
  • Understanding of industry standard system architecture and system management concepts and tools
  • Experience in the design, deployment, and support of large, complex systems
  • Experience with Visual Studio, Dynamics 365 SDK, and DevOps tools
  • Experience with XML and JSON
  • Experience with Azure Services
  • Experience with MS SQL Server databases and writing complex SQL queries
  • Experience with Agile development practices within Azure DevOps and cloud-based pipelines
  • Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills
  • Regular participation in Design, Code Reviews, and System updates using agile development process
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment consisting of developers with differing skillsets
