Job description
Deliver services and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations . Design and develop Power Apps solutions with a focus on creating responsive, user-friendly experiences tailored to different user roles and devices . Translate business requirements into scalable low-code applications and automated workflows that streamline operations and improve data visibility . Integrate applications with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems using connectors and APIs . Automate business processes using Power Automate, ensuring seamless interaction with applications and downstream systems . Conduct end-user training and develop knowledge transfer documentation to support adoption and long-term sustainment . Present tailored demonstrations of solutions, showcasing usability, flexibility, and rapid development capabilities . Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings, and provide regular status updates . Contribute to design documentation, implementation standards, and reusable solution components . Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues . Stay current with Power Platform capabilities and roadmap updates to continuously improve solution delivery
Requirements
We are looking for a Power Platform Consultant experienced in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role focuses on designing and delivering intuitive, user-centric applications that leverage the flexibility of Power Apps to meet a wide range of business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to build impactful low-code solutions., Minimum of 6+ years of experience delivering Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions . Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 ecosystem . Knowledge of REST APIs and data integration . Understanding of business processes, automation and workflow design . Experience in data governance or compliance-related applications . Familiarity with SQL/Databases . Experience working in Agile environments . Strong problem-solving ability . Excellent communication with business stakeholders . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, * Microsoft Power Automate

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $57,100.00 - $154,300.00.
