The Software Engineer 4 - Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer consults on complex, enterprise-wide AI and software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify AI-enabled opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deliver production-ready AI capabilities. The engineer leads architecture and design efforts, ensures responsible AI adoption, and contributes to reusable standards that accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption while meeting security, risk, and compliance expectations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business needs and identify AI-enabled opportunities.
- Design, prototype, and deliver AI-driven workflows, agents, copilots, and automations using LLMs and enterprise AI services.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and systems using secure APIs and orchestration patterns.
- Rapidly iterate on prototypes and transition them into production-ready solutions.
- Act as a technical liaison across business, product, data, security, and engineering organizations.
- Lead solution architecture and design, including:
- Prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
- API and service integration
- Enterprise knowledge and data integration
- Security, privacy, risk, and governance considerations
- Own AI solutions across the entire delivery lifecycle.
- Apply and promote responsible AI best practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to reusable standards, patterns, and guidance for scalable AI adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience supporting complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI-driven solutions, including workflows, agents, copilots, and automations using LLMs and enterprise AI services.
- Strong experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, internal services, data platforms) using secure APIs and orchestration patterns.
- Ability to lead solution architecture and technical design, including prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI governance considerations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to act as a technical bridge between business, product, data, security, and engineering teams.
- Experience delivering solutions that meet enterprise reliability, scalability, security, privacy, and compliance standards.Plusses:
- Experience owning end-to-end AI solutions lifecycle (concept proof of value production continuous improvement).
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices, including model risk management and data protection.
- Experience contributing to reusable AI patterns, standards, or frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy enterprise environments.
