Job description

The Oracle Developer will support and enhance Oracle Supplier Hub solutions, focusing on production support, system integrations, and technical development. This role involves managing support queues, resolving defects, and delivering scalable integration solutions using Oracle EBS, SOA Suite, and related technologies., * Provide production support for Oracle Supplier Hub, including queue management and issue resolution

  • Perform incident triage, defect analysis, and root cause identification
  • Design and develop system enhancements and integration solutions
  • Work with Oracle EBS, Supplier Hub, and SOA Suite for development and support
  • Manage enterprise integrations and downstream system interfaces
  • Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
  • Conduct technical feasibility analysis and effort estimation
  • Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams for delivery and support
  • Maintain documentation for defects, enhancements, and system processes
  • Support Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Supplier Hub
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite)
  • Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and integration frameworks
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Integration and enterprise integration workflows
  • Experience in production support (L2/L3), issue triage, and defect resolution
  • Strong understanding of Supplier Hub architecture and business processes
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams, * Experience with large-scale enterprise integration projects
  • Familiarity with middleware and API-based integrations
  • Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD practices
