Job description

Vehicle Integration and Test Engineer + Location : 100% ONSITE - Foster City, California (94404) + Duration: 6-month contract - (extension potential) + Pay : Negotiable depending on DIRECT related experience UP to $70 - $75/hr + Type : W2 contract ONLY - (C2C OR THIRD-PARTY arrangements will NOT be considered) + Work Authorization: Must be currently located and authorized to work in the United States WITHOUT current sponsorship requirements. Job Summary: + The Systems Integration and Test team is responsible for ensuring robust system performance for vehicle centric systems in Motion, Body and EE Architecture domains. Requirements

Responsibilities: + Conduct integration testing at the bench and vehicle levels to characterize system performance under nominal and off-nominal conditions. + Conduct data analysis to identify integration risks and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate the impact on the program and milestones + Drive issue resolution for complex system integration problems found during vehicle testing and fleet service operations + Support the development and commissioning of test benches and instrumentation setups + Identify potential improvements in system behavior, controls and diagnostics monitors + Create and maintain documentation to track progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence Qualifications + BS or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines + Experience: 6+ years in vehicle system development and testing roles + Experience with vehicle electrical architecture and automotive communication protocols like CAN, LIN and Ethernet + Experience
