The Work As a key member of our Integrated Engineering team, you will: * Manage system integrity, availability, and cyber compliance of networked systems

  • Assist in the development of solutions across components of systems through design, integration, implementation, and support
  • Participate in phases of system, software, and hardware development, leveraging our DevOps engineering processes and procedures while performing respective engineering activities

This position requires a candidate who is a U.S. Citizen and holds an Interim Secret security clearance to start. The role is located at a facility that requires special access. We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop into a, Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. -This position requires am active SECRET Security Clearance. - Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure as code - Familiarity integrating DevOps tools into end-to-end pipelines - Proficiency with Ansible with greater than 2 years experience. - Strong knowledge and experience with scripting (Ex. Windows(PowerShell)/Linux(shell scripting) Desired Skills:

  • The ability to provide updates to DNS/DHCP using Linux

  • Linux/UNIX administration in DevOps environnement. Experience managing server infrastructures across multiple platforms (UNIX, Linux, Windows)

  • Experience with installation, administration, and configuration of Linux OS's (RHEL, SLES [SUSE])

  • Experience in package management using Red Hat RPM/YUM including update, install, removal and querying.

  • Experience in troubleshooting security, backup, disaster recovery, performance monitoring on RHEL and SLES systems

  • Experience in configurations mgmt. of packages and patches, version control and service packs

  • Experience with firmware upgrades and kernel patches on Linux systems

  • Experience with configuring kick starts to install Red Hat Linux and virtual machine ESX on multiple machines

  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies

  • Experience in installation, configuration, and administration of SVN, GIT, and Nexus.

  • Operating Systems: RHEL, SLES/SUSE, VMware, Windows

  • Application/Software: GIT, McAfee, Nexus, Ansible

  • Network Protocol: DHCP, LDAP, NFS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, SSH, UDP, TELNET, VLAN, Trunking, Multicast routing

  • Security: OpenSSH, SELinux, IP tables Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
