Job description

  • Own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable data solutions across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and architecture teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead offshore support teams, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of project milestones.
  • Identify gaps in existing systems, propose innovative technical solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and organizational standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Warehouse / ETL Lead to join their dynamic team. As a Data Warehouse / ETL Lead, you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization., * 15+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Oracle Exadata, and SQL/PLSQL development.

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing ETL solutions with hands-on experience in large data volume processing and performance tuning.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Additional skills such as Unix/Shell scripting, AutoSys, Starburst, MicroStrategy (MSTR), Java/Python are considered advantageous.
