Job description

Building on Oracle's strong cloud momentum, we are raising the bar for Autonomous Database features and releases. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to help drive the next generation of high-quality, secure, and scalable database capabilities. You will be part of a team focused on delivering a modern, automated, and converged database platform - engineered with an entrepreneurial mindset that values innovation, ownership, and execution excellence.

This is a high-impact role where your contributions will directly shape a world-class engineering product, with a relentless focus on quality, security, and operational excellence. Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product., * Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs impacting both product and business outcomes

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale software initiatives, from planning through execution and release
  • Partner with teams across the entire Database organization to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful outcomes
  • Own program schedules, proactively identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies
  • Ensure visibility into customer and production-impacting issues, translating insights into upstream improvements in development, security, and processes
  • Influence engineering excellence by promoting best practices in quality, security, and operational rigor

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who thrives in large-scale, complex environments and has a proven track record of delivering results-not just facilitating processes., * Strong database expertise (must-have) - deep understanding of database systems, architectures, and lifecycle, preferably in cloud or autonomous environments

  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software programs (must-have) - including end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-organizational initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams and align stakeholders toward a unified vision and "North Star"
  • A bias for action with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
  • Strong ownership, high judgment, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills across engineering, product, and business teams

Benefits & conditions

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
