ERP Senior Specialist

Lead planning and execution of a large integration project with multiple workstreams and systems

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery

Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across SAP and non-SAP systems

Drive governance, status reporting, and executive communication on program health

Oversee integration points (SAP ECC, middleware, third-party systems) and ensure quality delivery

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years managing large SAP programs/projects

5+ years experience in SAP ECC integrations

5+ years experience in program/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

4+ years experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors

3+ years experience in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication at executive level

1+ year experience in using JIRA toolset., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience, PMP certification

Experience with PMO tools (e.g., CPI, PI/PO, MuleSoft)

Strong change management experience

Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, AWS, Azure)
