AI/ML Model Engineer

• Develop machine learning models to enhance automation and insights.
• Test model performance and refine algorithms.
• Monitor AI-driven systems in production environments.
• Operate independently across multiple work areas.
• Lead major technical assignments and supervise teams.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of AI/ML expertise and experience developing algorithms capable of learning and predicting future events, turning those algorithms into AI models and systems., * 2 years of prior experience in model validation or model audit
• 2 years of prior experience in the Department of Defense in a quantitative or analytical supervision role
• Familiarity with using cloud services (AWS, Google, Azure) or Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark) in data science solutions
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and recommended use cases and requirements.
• Demonstrable knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and other relevant technical domains; and possess a blend of advanced analytical capabilities and consulting expertise that will create value and insights for our clients
