Job description

Join Millennium Print Group as a HR Systems Analyst (Workday HRIS)!, * Support administration of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking)

  • Assist with system configuration, updates, and enhancements
  • Maintain user access and security roles
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Perform data audits and ensure data accuracy
  • Support data imports, exports, and system updates
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues
  • Assist with testing for system releases and enhancements
  • Develop training materials and user guides
  • Support HR process improvements and system optimization initiatives, Building Relationships: Partner with cross-functional teams to support HR systems Challenging the Expected: Improve processes and enhance system capabilities Integrity and Respect: Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Maintain reliable and compliant system operations

Requirements

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our Workday Human Capital Management system. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in HR technology while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment., * Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1-3 years of HRIS or systems support experience
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
