Job description
Join Millennium Print Group as a HR Systems Analyst (Workday HRIS)!, * Support administration of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking)
- Assist with system configuration, updates, and enhancements
- Maintain user access and security roles
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Perform data audits and ensure data accuracy
- Support data imports, exports, and system updates
- Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues
- Assist with testing for system releases and enhancements
- Develop training materials and user guides
- Support HR process improvements and system optimization initiatives, Building Relationships: Partner with cross-functional teams to support HR systems Challenging the Expected: Improve processes and enhance system capabilities Integrity and Respect: Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Maintain reliable and compliant system operations
Requirements
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our Workday Human Capital Management system. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in HR technology while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment., * Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of HRIS or systems support experience
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
