Job description

  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across key e-commerce funnels, including homepage, PLP, PDP, and checkout.
  • Develop and maintain a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap based on data insights, business impact, and testing opportunities.
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, experimentation platforms, heatmaps, and session replay tools.
  • Define test hypotheses, success metrics, and ensure statistical validity of experiment results.
  • Measure and report the impact of experiments and UX enhancements, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, SEO, and Engineering teams to implement and evaluate optimization strategies.
  • Manage CRO and analytics tools and coordinate with third-party vendors as required.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in CRO and A/B testing across e-commerce funnels (homepage, PLP, PDP, checkout).
  • Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), experimentation platforms, and behavioral analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, KPIs, and significance validation.
  • Proven experience working with high-traffic e-commerce platforms and driving improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue., * Data-driven and strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize a CRO roadmap based on business impact.
  • Experience in both quantitative and qualitative user research methodologies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with UX, Product, Marketing, SEO, and Engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with UX and design tools such as Figma.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Education And Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, CRO, or digital analytics (flexible based on expertise)., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in CRO, experimentation, or data-driven optimization for e-commerce.
  • Strong experience designing and analyzing A/B tests using modern experimentation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics 4, A/B testing platforms, and heatmapping tools.
  • Experience optimizing high-traffic e-commerce websites with measurable impact on conversion or revenue.
  • Familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Figma) for collaboration purposes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRO or experimentation case studies or portfolio preferred.
