Requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide teams in Agile and SAFe methodologies to ensure efficient and timely delivery
- Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and enabling team productivity
- Manage and track work using Azure DevOps (ADO) or MS TFS, including boards, queries, and iteration paths
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams in a SAFe environment
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates
