Scrum Master (ERP)

• Serve as Scrum Master for ERP delivery teams supporting projects and enhancements
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate risks as appropriate
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery commitments
• Ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and sprint-ready
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement, Experience supporting at least one of the following ERP areas:
• Workforce Management
• Finance
• Supply Chain

• Strong Scrum Master experience (CSM or SAFe certification preferred)
• ERP experience required (Infor preferred, but not required)
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• Experience working with global and/or offshore teams
