Job description

We are looking for an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer to provide advanced production support for enterprise applications built on Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. The role involves deep technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing permanent fixes to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of critical applications. Provide L3 production support for Java, Spring Boot, and Angular-based applications Perform detailed root cause analysis for complex and recurring production issues Debug issues related to APIs, microservices, backend services, and frontend components Analyze logs, stack traces, and database queries to identify performance bottlenecks Implement bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements in collaboration with development teams Support production deployments, releases, hotfixes, and post-release validation Work closely with L2 support teams for issue triage and resolution Ensure adherence to SLA, incident management, and change management processes Participate in on-call rotational shifts (24x7 support environment) Maintain and update documentation, runbooks, and SOPs Proactively identify improvements in system stability, performance, and security Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot

Requirements

Good knowledge of Angular Experience in application/production support (L2/L3 level) Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Experience with microservices and REST APIs Good understanding of SQL and database concepts Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools Knowledge of incident management and RCA processes Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
