L3 Data Platform Support

Provide Level 3 (L3) Data production support for enterprise data platforms built on Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, PySpark pipelines, and TigerGraph, ensuring platform stability, performance, reliability, and SLA adherence. Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for:

• Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)

• Azure Databricks

• PySpark batch and streaming jobs

• TigerGraph platforms

• Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) for:

• Data failures

• Performance bottlenecks

• Production incidents

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

• Batch and streaming data pipelines

• Databricks clusters and workflows

• TigerGraph queries and graph performance

• Address data latency, data quality, and ingestion issues

• Support production deployments, releases, and hotfixes

• Guide and mentor L2 support teams

• Create and maintain runbooks and SOPs

• Participate in on-call rotation and shift-based support
