Lead and mentor a team of project managers overseeing telecom, fiber build, and infrastructure deployment projectsDrive program governance, standards, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, including network expansion and security programsOversee large-scale project portfolios, including new market expansion efforts and fiber construction rolloutsMonitor budgets, timelines, and program health while proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategiesAct as the central point of coordination between field teams, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders What Gets You the Job
Requirements
7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within telecommunications, construction, or network infrastructure environmentsProven experience leading large-scale deployments such as fiber builds, network expansions, or infrastructure rolloutsStrong leadership skills with experience managing and developing project management teamsExperience with program governance, budgeting, and delivering projects on time and within scopeBachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
