Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions supporting LGY data integrations
Implement and support API integrations with VA enterprise systems
Build and maintain data transformation and mapping logic for Salesforce consumption
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Lambda execution and integrations
Monitor and analyze AWS CloudWatch logs and system metrics
Implement robust error handling, retry logic, and resilient processing patterns
Support AWS Step Functions orchestration for complex workflows
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support deployments and system stability
Ensure compliance with secure coding practices and VA OIT standards

Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, CloudWatch, S3, IAM
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation)
Experience building and supporting API-driven integration architectures
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with logging/monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog)
Understanding of secure coding and cloud security frameworks (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP)
Experience troubleshooting distributed and serverless systems
