Job description

Design, develop and implement AWS Connect processes to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support client processes

  • Provide recommendations for enhancing existing operations and provide recommendations for new updates or modifications

  • Support and enhance existing processes based on new requirements or upgrades

  • Facilitate requirements gathering, review and document requirements

Requirements

1+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU (IVR or chat) solutions using at least one major conversational AI framework (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Lex, or Azure Bot Service) at enterprise scale in a contact center environment

  • 2+ years hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, including successful integration of contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9)

  • Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)

  • Experience building custom applications within Amazon Connect

  • Experience developing applications for contact centers

  • Experience utilizing CloudWatch for monitoring logs and infrastructure

  • Experience working with Dynamo Databases

  • Experience developing with backend AWS technologies like Lamda functions, S3, EC2, etc

  • Must be able to write Lamda functions from scratch

  • Experience working with Amazon Bedrock

  • Bachelors degree

  • 8 years of development experience in AWS - Experience with Data Visualization, ideally in Tableau

  • Experience working with PowerBI

  • Experience connecting custom applications to backend legacy systems

  • Experience supporting federal contracts
