Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Junior BI Analyst you will support dashboard development, data modeling, and reporting to provide timely business insights. You will work closely with product and operations teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks and deliver actionable recommendations. The Junior Finance Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities within the organization., · Assist in collecting and cleaning business data from multiple sources

· Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio

· Support data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business decisions

· Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across reports and dashboards

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, finance, and marketing to understand data needs

· · Keep up-to-date with industry trends, analytics tools, and business intelligence best practices

· · Support data-driven initiatives and continuous improvement projects

· Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions or support projects

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, IT, Economics, or related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Basic knowledge of databases

· Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills

· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
