AI Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions within cloud-native environments. This role focuses on hands-on development of AI-powered systems, including multi-agent architectures, orchestration workflows, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering expertise, experience with AI/LLM-based systems, and the ability to deliver production-ready solutions in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI agents, including retrieval (RAG), orchestration workflows, and tool/function integration Build and deploy AI-powered applications aligned with business processes and workflows Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms, APIs, and external AI providers Develop backend services and microservices to support AI agent workflows Implement cloud-native solutions using containers, serverless, and event-driven architectures Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code Develop abstraction layers for multi-model and multi-provider AI architectures Implement monitoring, observability, and lifecycle management for AI systems Optimize AI workloads for performance, cost, and latency Define and execute testing strategies, including performance and reliability testing Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance production AI systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions Required Qualifications 810+ years of software engineering experience Strong experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containers, and serverless architectures Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based systems in production environments Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar backend programming languages Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or similar tools Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices Experience with monitoring and observability tools Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI Experience designing multi-agent or distributed AI systems Familiarity with enterprise system integrations Experience optimizing AI workloads for cost and performance Experience working across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Education: Bachelors Degree
