Requirements
- Looking for PH. D graduates in Computer Science or Electrical with academic/research experience in GenAI.
- Exposure to Telecom networks with emphasis on 5G/RAN/ORAN, AI/ ML, Java, python, Cloud.
- Generative AI (GenAI): Look for experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, or Diffusion models applied to time-series data or network Logs
- 5G/ORAN Expertise: Direct mention of Open RAN (ORAN) is a massive plus. Candidates should understand "Network Slicing" or "MIMO" (Multiple Input Multiple Output) in the context of AI optimization.
- Cloud Native: Experience with OpenShift (an IBM/Red Hat product), AWS, or Azure, specifically deploying AI models in containers (Kubernetes/Docker).
